Back in Squamish after a long, long trip by bus to the aeropuerto in DF and flights through San Franscisco to Vancouver. I will complete information/perceptions for previous posts written on the fly/hoof. Must say it was lovely to be met at the Vancouver airport by R. (even though the flight was an hour late) who had e-dog in the car … so nice to see them even in my travel-weary state. I did not get stopped by customs this time … I think it was because my solo travel was explained by visiting my niece in Mexico. As a solo female traveller I have been given the interrogation in the past … it just seems to be incomprehensible that women would travel alone in Mexico as well as many other places.
